BASE TELECOM SERVICES

CENTECH has performed BTS contracts at multiple Air Force and Air Force Reserve bases throughout the Continental United States and Pacific. Recognizing that our customers are under increasing pressure to maintain legacy environments with minimal funding, we strive to provide realistic, achievable rates to our customers, through several strategies. First, we work to retain existing staff through competitive compensation packages. These rates are only achievable by maintaining low overhead. Second, proactively address Diminishing Manufacturing Sources and Material Shortages (DMSMS) and Obsolescence management. Second, we work with our customers to establish realistic estimates of materials required to maintain their infrastructure each year. We provide high quality service and maintenance to the BTS to ensure high voice reliability via Analog or VoIP phone lines. We complete adds, moves and changes to the Central Directory and update E911 systems as needed. We have engineered and completed Call Manager upgrades and new installs. We are experienced in VoIP migrations and can leverage our experience to provide the technical solutions required by our customers from conception to acceptance. We follow all applicable configuration and change management processes, to include utilization of CVC and GPS data to accurately update Cyberspace Infrastructure Planning System (CIPS) records. We are committed to the safety of our employees, provide proper equipment training, and enforce compliance with all OSHA and Base specific regulations in line with their duties.
