Past Performance

U.S. Air Force Common Data Link (CDL) Support, 653rd Electronic Systems Group, Airborne Network Office, Hanscom AFB

Throughout the contract performed from 2007 to 2010, we produced, maintained, updated, improved, published, distributed, and controlled CDL technical specifications
We provided engineering technical support to DoD services and agencies that develop and field new ISR systems to ensure interoperability. We provided analysis, system design, evaluation, and documentation to conduct, develop, or support studies related to Common Data Link applications.

U.S. Air Force 303rd Aeronautical Systems Wing Support, Wright Patterson AFB

Performed between 2009 and 2011, CENTECH engineered facilitated functional and physical cross-thread integration between sensor, platform and ground station hardware and software components on several programs including Airborne Signals Intelligence Payload, Common Image Processor, Compass Bright, Global Hawk, Predator, Reaper, and other classified programs. The CENTECH engineering support team succeeded in improving the technology transition process from development to fielding by encouraging associated program managers to consider vanishing vendor issues, FAA certification, and frequency allocation early in program development.

U.S. Air Force 478th AESG (F-22) Modernization Group & Safety Division Support, Wright Patterson AFB

In 2008, CENTECH provided support in the area of Communication Navigation Identification (CNI) systems development. We provided expertise concerning the design, development and integration of highly complex communication navigation identification architectures and systems. Our team reviewed, evaluated, provided input, monitored, and reported status on air vehicle acceptances, change requests, change proposals, specifications, verification and validation plan, technical order source data, and technical orders relating to communication navigation identification environment, variances and deficiency reports, interoperability certification, frequency allocations, CNS/ATM SAAM certification, performance improvement proposals, and diagnostic health management issues.

U.S. Air Force 478th AESG (F-22) Production Support Group, Wright Patterson AFB

On this contract performed between 2008 and 2012, CENTECH provided engineering integrated assessments for Maintenance Training Systems and other efforts such as Peening Test Extension; Ground Vibration Test; Horizontal Tail Edge Seams Gap Filler Cracking; Wheel Well Hydraulic Tubes; and HUD-to-DMVR Video configuration change-out. We also conducted technical analyses of individual avionic systems and subsystem integration non-conformances to include root cause investigation, acceptance test methods, corrective actions, and technical risk assessment during production at the supplier and prime build processes.

U.S. Air Force Global Hawk, 303 AEWS, Wright Patterson AFB

From 2008 to 2011, CENTECH researched human factors enhancements in Global Hawk Ground Segment software release number 7.4.4 in order to provide a recommendation on whether this software was critical for entering operational test & evaluation. Out team collected and managed inputs on Human Computer Interface improvements for pilots, sensor operators and maintainers as well as collected comments on technical packages supporting Joint Configuration Control Boards. We reviewed and provided comments on Ground Segment re-architectural initial release of Specifications & Requirements as well as reviewed Software Sustainment Working Group Meeting minutes and Program Action Request.
