Description:
Provide
instructional designers, training specialists, systems analysts,
PC software instructors, and on-line help designers to design,
develop, and implement a standardized approach for stand-up and
on-line training and performance support for the entire US Customs
Service. Coordinate with user and systems applications development
teams to analyze training needs across the Service for 18,000 employees
in more than 300 sites; develop training plan, curricula, and notices
to users when systems' capabilities are modified. Conduct training
activities such as instructor-led courses, on-line help, print-based
user documentation materials, and CBT courses; evaluate training
activities for return-on-investment (ROI) purposes; help in the
enhancement and maintenance of the Customs Service interactive
distance learning program and provide support to PC/LAN training
at field sites.
