NETCENT Highlights

From March 2005 through July 2006, THE CENTECH GROUP sales backlog on the NETCENTS contract vehicle alone included over $100M in Information Technology services/solutions (approximately 70%) and products (approximately 30%). Our customers are located in 29 states and 10 countries around the world.

 

The 38th Engineering Installation Group, Tinker AFB, OK, awarded THE CENTECH GROUP a contract to conduct Theater Battle Management Core System (TBMCS) site surveys at three Air National Guard sites: McEntire ANGB, SC; Gabreski Field, NY; and Robins AFB, GA. The TBMCS Unit-Level installation is a system-high U.S. SECRET command and control (C2) network that, when completely installed and operational, provides commanders with near real-time status of their resources, and acts as a decision aid in assisting commanders to acquire, prioritize, and successfully execute the wing's order of battle.

 

The Office of the Headquarters US Air Force (HAF) Chief Information Officer (HAF/ICI) has awarded a $3.4M Base + 4 Option Years contract to provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials and supervision to provide non-personal IT services. THE CENTECH GROUP will support its staff, customer base, and several projects relating to the Air Force Portal, HAF website services, and HAF IT Architecture support. The HAF/ICI customer base consists of other HQ Air Force organizations, agencies and activities for which HAF/ICI has support or oversight responsibilities such as selected HQ Air Force 2-letter organizations, Direct Reporting Units and Field Operating Agencies relative to their involvement in HAF/ICI activities.

 

HQ Air Combat Command has awarded THE CENTECH GROUP a $303,000 contract to replace the current Air Fortress wireless solution at 10 Medical Treatment Facilities with a Combat Information Transport System (CITS) compliant wireless solution. For the Defense Medical Logistics Support System, we will install Movian software on up to 7 client devices and provide 24x7 telephone support and additional labor in the event on-site troubleshooting is required. Bases are Barksdale AFB, LA; Canon AFB, NM; Davis-Monthan AFB, AZ; Dyess AFB, TX; Ellsworth AFB, SD; Minot AFB, ND; Mountain Home AFB, ID; Offutt AFB, NE; and Seymour Johnson AFB, NC.

 

$9.6M contract for a base year and four option years for the HQ Pacific Air Force, Surgeon General, Hickam AFB, HI. We provide Medical Information Support Services at Military Treatment Facilities (MTFs) throughout the Pacific Command, including Hickam AFB, Hawaii; Andersen AFB, Guam; Yakota, Misawa, and Kadena Air Bases in Japan; and Elmendorf and Eielson AFBs in Alaska.

 

$17M, one-year contract to provide a turnkey solution for unclassified, U.S. Secret, and Coalition Secret First 400 feet requirements for voice, video, and data throughout the Pacific Command, Pacific Air Force (PACAF). PACAF's area of responsibility extends from the West coast of the United States to the East coast of Africa and from the Arctic to the Antarctic, covering more than 100 million square miles. In addition to the ten Main Operating Locations, PACAF supports over 100 Geographically Separated Units, Collocated Operating Bases, and Forward Operating Locations.

 

$13.3M four-year Air Force contract to support the Job Order Cost Accounting System (JOCAS) II project in Dayton, Ohio.

 

$13.5M four-year Army contract to provide enterprise systems management (ESM) support at Fort Sam Houston, Texas.

 

$45,000 contract to provide configuration, set-up, and integration of a secure PolyCom VSX8400 Video-Teleconference (VTC) system at Lackland AFB, Texas.

 

$350K two-person, one-year contract for the Air Force Real Property Agency (AFRPA) Headquarters in Arlington, VA. AFRPA is a Field Operating Agency for the Assistant Secretary of the Air Force for Manpower, Reserve Affairs, Installations, and Environment.

 

$400K, four-person, base year and three option years, contract for the David Grant Medical Center (DGMC) at Travis AFB, CA.

 

$2.6M contract to provide a turnkey solution at McChord AFB, WA. We will engineer, furnish, install and test a Voice Over Internet (VoIP) upgrade/expansion to the MSL-100 Voce Switching System (VSS).

 

$1.7M contract to replace and/or augment and upgrade existing Line Modules (LMs) at Hill AFB, UT. Customer goal is to replace the LMs with upgraded technology such as the Nortel ELCM or LCME cabinets or like equipment and services that are currently provided.

 

$750+K contract at Hurlburt AFB, FL.

 

We provide security surveillance systems for several buildings, including a Dormitory Surveillance System to equip 14 three-story dormitories. This critical effort ensures Government resources and personnel are secure and prevents degradation of operational readiness. In addition, we will install a closed circuit TV (CCTV) security system for the chapel and provide a surveillance system for the fitness center.

 

Support the Air Combat Command Civil Engineering Resource (ACC-CER) Management Office at Langley AFB, VA. Their Resource Integration System (CRIS) and Command Budget Automated System (CBAS) Defense Finance and Accounting Service (DFAS) databases provide real-time financial data but there is no conformity in format. We will prepare a system specification document for building a Resource Module that will consolidate funding data; provide a means to more effectively monitor, analyze, and report the status of various CE funded programs; and provide enhanced management and oversight of CE funding.
