IT Ticketing Support Services

If a TM needs support and your USER account is not locked out...
  1. Email gethelp@networkdepot.com from your CENTECH email
  2. In the body of the email make sure you clearly explain your issue in detail.
  3. Make sure in the email you provide a good contact number.


OR

If the TMs User Account/Email is locked out or you have forgotten your password, follow theses steps:

All HQ team members
Your registration has already been completed. User name will be your CENTECH email address, default password is: password The first time you log into your new account, on the top right hand side of the page you will see My Account, click on that, then please change your password. If you have any issues please contact

1. You will need to register yourself to gain access to the portal, if you have not already done so.
2. If you have already have an account then proceed to the following portal to create your ticket:
  • To set up portal access, please have staff email  gethelp@networkdepot.com to request a ticket portal account be set up.

3. Login, and on the top right hand side you will see “CREATE TICKET”  that you can click.

STEP 1:   Select Service Needed, either New Support or Existing Problem
STEP 2:   Enter ticket details, title and problem description, attach document (if needed)
STEP 3:   Enter contact details, these fields should automatically be filled out
STEP 4:   Click SUBMIT


4. You will be sent an acknowledgement email.
