Deputy Program Manager/Software Development Manager – PVN 3049    Location:  Washington, DC area
THE CENTECH GROUP, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated, experienced Deputy Program Manager/Software Development Manager to support U.S. Department of Justice (DoJ). The person in this position will be responsible for assisting the program manager and senior technical lead/software architect in the management, execution and coordination of all efforts to successfully complete the tasks and subtask identified in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). This person’s role if to focus is primarily on the details related to the day-to-day operations, collaborating with the government and program manager regarding requirements, priorities, issues, risks, scheduling, tasking, impacts, challenges, progress, status, and all elements of task planning and execution. Ideal candidate should have demonstrated experience in managing large teams of software developers, hands on strong software development experience and object-oriented analysis and design (OOAD) Agile development methodologies.  Strong business acumen, tact, negotiation and communication skills are essential.  Candidates must have a minimum of ten (10) years of technical experience, eight (8) years of management experience and a bachelor's degree in computer science or a related degree. The ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance is required.

Senior Software Technical Lead/Architect – PVN 3051     Location:  Washington, DC area
THE CENTECH GROUP, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated, experienced Senior Software Technical Lead/Architect to support U.S. Department of Justice (DoJ). The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience in technically leading projects teams of 25+ software developments professional. Candidate should have supported both enhancements team and operations and maintenance (O&M) teams; regularly updating and publishing of development artifacts according to the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC); ability to clearly communicate with project staff, program manager and customers to ensure that expectations are met; focus on automation, quality, good solid design, code re-use, productivity and customer satisfaction; experience in software projects that follow a rigid change control process. Ideal candidate must be a technical expert with in-depth programming and product knowledge with strong technical skills; that can provide high levels of research and analysis related to software design and development and solves complex problems. Candidates must have in depth hands-on experience with the following technologies: Java, JBOSS, Oracle, Business Objects, J2EE, Swing, Hibernate, OOAD, iText, Jasper Reports, Crystal Reports, XML, NIEM, Web Services, SMTP, sftp, IBM Rational Tools: ClearQuest, Functional Tester, Performance Tester, Quality Manager; Apache Subversion (SVN), Oracle data guard, disaster recovery.  Candidates must have a minimum of six (6) years of technical experience with a Master’s Degree or eight (8) years of technical experience with a bachelor’s degree in computer science. The ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance is desired.

Senior Software Engineer – PVN 3073 Location:  Washington, DC area
THE CENTECH GROUP, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated, experienced Senior Software Engineer to support a U.S. Department of Justice (DoJ) contract and their system. The successful candidate will provide operations and maintenance (O&M) and enhancement support. They also will perform full Software Development Life Cycle (SLDC) activities to include requirements, design, prototyping, implementation, unit testing, integration testing, system testing, UAT support, defect resolution, post deployment enhancement and support for major and minor enhancement releases. Candidates must have experience with some or all the following technologies: Java, JBOSS, Oracle, Business Objects, J2EE, Swing, Hibernate, OOAD, iText, Jasper Reports, Crystal Reports, XML, NIEM, Web Services, SMTP, sftp, IBM Rational Tools: ClearQuest, Functional Tester, Performance Tester, Quality Manager; Apache SVN, Oracle data guard, disaster recovery. Test Engineer – PVN 3072  Location:  Washington, DC area
THE CENTECH GROUP, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated, experienced Test Engineer to support a major U.S. Department of Justice (DoJ) contract and their system. The successful candidate will provide operations and maintenance (O&M) and enhancement support and perform SQA activities to include the development of test plans, test cases, test procedures, requirements traceability matrix, software system testing, defect reporting, UAT support, regression testing, automated testing, defect and issue reporting and non-software related artifact quality reviews and audits.  Experience with some or all the following technologies: Java, JBOSS, Oracle, Business Objects, J2EE, Swing, Hibernate, OOAD, iText, Jasper Reports, Crystal Reports, XML, NIEM, Web Services, SMTP, sftp, IBM Rational Tools: ClearQuest, Functional Tester, Performance Tester, Quality Manager; Apache SVN, Oracle data guard, disaster recovery. Java Developer/Configuration/Build Manager – PVN 3074  Location:  Washington, DC area
THE CENTECH GROUP, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated, experienced Software Build and Configuration Manager in support of a major U.S. Department of Justice (DoJ) contract and their system. Part of the responsibilities for this position will be as a Java software development expert with an emphasis on build management, automation of daily/nightly builds, and full responsibility for the configuration management of all project artifacts. The person in this position will have the responsibility to develop, refine, deploy and enforce configuration/change management (CM) processes. They will perform all CM and build activities to include nightly automation of builds, source code control management, release management and configuration item CM. Perform CM audits and support the change request process. Candidates should have experience with some or all the following technologies: Java, JBOSS, Oracle, Business Objects, J2EE, Swing, Hibernate, OOAD, iText, Jasper Reports, Crystal Reports, XML, NIEM, Web Services, SMTP, sftp, IBM Rational Tools: ClearQuest, Functional Tester, Performance Tester, Quality Manager; Apache SVN, Oracle data guard, disaster recovery. Oracle Database Administrator (DBA), Data Architect – PVN 3075  Location:  Washington, DC area
THE CENTECH GROUP, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated, experienced Oracle Database Administrator and Data Architect in support of a major U.S. Department of Justice (DoJ) contract and their system. As a member of the software development team this person will provide DDL and DML support to make the necessary structural and database procedural changes required to meet the requirements. The person in this position will create, manage and execute PL/SQL stored procedures, triggers, ETL processes and data exports/imports. They will also perform data architecture analysis to enforce good design practices, referential integrity and elimination of duplicate data. They must collaborate with other developers on the team to implement their database procedural or schema requests. Candidates must have experience with Oracle 9, 10g, and 11g. Senior System Analyst – PVN 3076   Location:  Washington, DC area
THE CENTECH GROUP, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated, experienced Senior System Analyst in support of a major U.S. Department of Justice (DoJ) contract and their system. As a member of the software development team this person will provide analyst support the end users, subject matter experts (SMEs), software development and quality assurance teams in the elicitation, validation, and documentation of business processes, requirements, change requests, and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) artifacts. The person in this position provides support to the development and quality assurance team to assist in the understanding of the requirements. They will convert business requirements into system requirements as needed. Candidates should be experienced in structured requirements and use case development. The person in this position also provides documentation support as needed. Candidates must have demonstrated ability to perform requirements elicitation using various techniques and produce well formed requirements.
