Senior Professional Engineer – PVN 2385                   Location: Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Dayton, OH
THE CENTECH GROUP, Inc. is seeking a Senior Professional Engineer who has the knowledge in persistent intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance (ISR) that provides real-time situational awareness. Candidate must have the ability to understand imagery (EO, IR, Hyper spectral) sensor operations, integration of imagery sensors with platforms, on-board/off-board processing of imagery, communication of imagery data, strategic/tactical dissemination of imagery data, and command/control of imagery data. A DoD Security clearance is desired.

Senior Acquisitions Manager – PVN 2386 - Location: Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Dayton, OH
THE CENTECH GROUP, Inc. is seeking a Senior Acquisitions Manager who plans, organizes and manages critical aspects of the development, production and/or deployment of capabilities (including System of Systems and Family of Systems), systems, subsystems and equipment. This position initiates the full spectrum of actions required to award contracts to other contractors including, but is not limited to, pre-award documentation, assisting in conduct of the source selection, and post-award actions. This position performs a wide range of program management activities including gathering program information; conducting analyses, evaluation and validation; pre-acquisition and acquisition strategy planning and implementation; reviewing and analyzing  prime and sub-contractor earned value management systems; developing pre- and post-award documentation; milestone planning, tracking, scheduling, briefing preparation, staff coordination and decision documentation preparation; implementing weapon system contractor performance status systems; developing and analyzing key program metrics; developing and integrating risk management plans and strategies; supporting program briefings. A DoD Security clearance is desired.

Contract Support Specialist                     Location: Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Dayton, OH
THE CENTECH GROUP, Inc. is seeking a Contract Support Specialist. The work requires in-depth knowledge of the technical input/preparation of complex contract documents of multiple special terms and conditions with special clauses and unique provisions.  Position requires a thorough knowledge of government automated contracting systems.  Requires at least five (5) years experience in the use of personal computers and office automation hardware and software tools in support of the preparation of government contracts.  Candidate shall be proficient in contract writing systems, closeout tasks, market research, and developing contract file documentation. A DoD Security clearance is desired.

Test and Evaluation Manager                   Location: Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Dayton, OH
THE CENTECH GROUP, Inc. is seeking a Test and Evaluation Manager who must have the ability to apply extensive knowledge to deal with and provide potential solutions for any program test problems, issues or concerns. Must have a mastery of the acquisition process and of the entire system(s) being acquired to establish test objectives necessary to ensure a thorough, meaningful test program meeting program office objectives.  There will be occasions when it will be necessary to support the Program Director at executive levels within the government or other contractor organizations. Requires 8 years defense acquisition test management experience, six months of which must have been attained within the last five years. Requires the appropriate skills to determine the levels of effort, resources and integration required to develop executable Test and Evaluation programs. DOD Top Secret clearance is desired.

Financial Manager                                        Location: Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Dayton, OH
THE CENTECH GROUP, Inc. is seeking a Financial Manager whose duties will include the planning, organizing, and directing of cost, budget, and/or schedule analysis and research efforts of a group of specialists and/or advising on and performing professional or technical work in cost, budget or schedule analysis and research. Work requires the technical capability to independently plan, organize, complete, and present assessments of cost, budget and schedule implications of existing and projected technological advances as well as being able to evaluate the impact of new and innovative acquisition strategies. This encompasses a thorough knowledge of statistical techniques, applied mathematics, and economics along with understanding of engineering disciplines. Fifteen years of cost, budget, schedule analysis, operations research or engineering experience, at least three of which involved weapon systems acquisition in a leadership/management role is required. DOD Secret clearance is desired.

Program Support Specialist                      Location: Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Dayton, OH
THE CENTECH GROUP, Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Support Specialist / IT Support Specialist/Office Manager/Administrative Assistant with the requisite skills and knowledge to support the Operations Manager in office and business operations.  The successful candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications (specifically Word, PowerPoint, Project and Excel), must be proficient in grammar; must possess excellent communications and interpersonal skills; and must be detail oriented.  The individual must be able to travel locally and be willing to courier to various locations within the Dayton area. The candidate must have a working knowledge of LANs and PBX/PABX/telephone key systems. The candidate must understand timekeeping (i.e. DELTEK) and how to manage purchase requests.  Individual must also understand how to conduct market research, using internet and other resources at his/her disposal. Candidate should demonstrate some experience at proposal development and project management or a strong understanding of the same.

Signal Intelligence Test Engineer              Location: Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Dayton, OH
THE CENTECH GROUP, Inc. is seeking a Signal Intelligence Test Engineer. This person will interprets, organizes, executes, and coordinates assignments for projects concerned with unique or potentially controversial test requirements having a major effect on the programs.  Applies intensive and diverse knowledge to problems and makes independent decisions.  Must be capable of planning and developing overall test strategy within program requirements and applicable constraints.  Must have 3 to 5 years Airborne Signals Intelligence Systems test engineering experience, have the ability to apply extensive knowledge to deal with and provide potential solutions for any program test problems, issues or concerns. Must have a mastery of the acquisition process and of the entire system(s) being acquired to establish test objectives necessary to ensure a thorough, meaningful test program meeting program office objectives.  Requires 8 years defense acquisition test management experience, six months of which must have been attained within the last five years.  A DOD TOP SECRET clearance with SCI Eligibility is desired.

Administrative Specialist                         Location: Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Dayton, OH
THE CENTECH GROUP, Inc. is seeking an Administrative Specialist with the requisite skills and knowledge to support the client.  The successful candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications (word, spreadsheets, PowerPoint), maintain files, and be detail oriented.  Schedule conference rooms, meetings and briefings.  A Secret Security Clearance is desired.  Minimal travel required.
