Team Member (Employee) Programs

In today's society, where unfortunate and serious events have occurred at major corporations, such events clearly demonstrate that there is a significant need to be aware that, regardless of the size or purpose of any organization, there is a clear need to continuously support each Team Member (employee) to be motivated to do the right thing in protecting the true interest of the organization, its employees and its clients' interests.  At THE CENTECH GROUP, we emphasize daily our Best Business Practices values of of Trust, Quality, Service and Value.  We further, in a very practical approach, implement our Team Member (employee) motivation program which benefits our employees as well as our clients.  This unique employee motivation program has been a key element of our Best Business Practices programs.  There are four distinct programs (detailed overview of each):

There is no other business or public sector in the world that provides its employees this suite of programs.  We will offer a free of cost trip around the world for four persons to the first person that will identify any organization in any part of the world or in any industry that in the last two years has consistently offered all of these employee motivation programs to their employees.
