Our HR department takes the added steps to ensure
that benefits questions and job-related concerns from our Team Members
(employees) are taken to heart and resolved quickly. For this reason, we offers complete HR program that sets us apart from our
competition and establishes us as a Premier Work Environment.
We go beyond the basics by providing our Team Members (employees) with
regular two-way counseling, training and self-improvement programs, career
guidance and unique motivational and reward programs. Our goal is to
create a collaborative, open-communication environment in which our Team Members (employees) can best meet our clients’
missions on a day-to-day basis.
The foundation of our collaborative approach is the
HR-administered Team Member Development Program. This proactive
communication program enables HR specialists to gauge benefit satisfaction
and provide Team Members (employees) with advice on career advancement.
Every six months, a Human Resources professional meets privately with each Team Member
(employee) to discuss his or her work situation and long-term career
goals. Action is taken to address the issues discussed, from resolving
problems to providing training and guidance on participation in our
motivational programs.
Our HR Department works long and hard to develop,
enhance and maintain an appealing, benefits-rich work environment for all
