Self-Designated Achievement Recognition Bonus Plan

Under this plan, a team member may submit a proposal to senior management for a project that is above and beyond the scope of his or her normal duties and provides a benefit or added value to the company by improving our service to clients. The team member must outline the project detailing the process and plan for implementation and recommends the bonus amount they receive for the project. If the company’s executive committee approves the project, the team member completes the work and receives the approved bonus amount.
