Programmer/Analyst PVN 2491 Location: Falls Church, VA
THE CENTECH GROUP, Inc is seeking a Programmer/Analyst to develop functional modules within predefined schedule timelines. The module includes all predetermined software functions/components assigned as a new release development project. This person will be responsible for creating unit and integration test procedures and performing unit/integration testing on completed modules. The qualified candidate will have one to two (1-2) years development experience using C# and writing SQL and stored procedures using Data Dictionary, Data model and Application Architecture model. U.S. Citizenship desired.

Systems Analyst PVN-2571 Location: San Antonio, Texas
THE CENTECH GROUP, Inc. is seeking a Systems Analyst to perform comprehensive maintenance and operational support for the Fort Sam Houston Enterprise System Management environment. The qualified candidate will work with the Director of Information Management staff on the Non-secure Internet Protocol Router Network (NIPRNET) and Secret Internet Protocol Router Network (SIPRNET) operational requirements. This person will be responsible for developing continuity of operations plans for deployed systems; providing planning, programming, development concepts, implementation plans, and defining server farm strategy. Must have a broad working knowledge of IT systems and server/network administration, project management experience, and an Associates Degree required. Project Management Professional certification and a Secret clearance is desired.

Technical Writer PVN - 2553 Location: Montgomery, AL
THE CENTECH GROUP, Inc. is seeking a Technical Writer to provide technical writing/editing, and requirements documentation support for government program proposals. Skills required include a specialized experience in planning, developing, maintaining, rewriting and producing computer software related documentation, a thorough knowledge of commonly used software packages such as Microsoft Office, and an ability to manage multiple tasks with minimum supervision. A bachelor’s degree or two (2) years experience in technical writing/documentation preparation or equivalent course work is desired.

Financial System Analyst PVN - 2555 Location: Montgomery, AL
THE CENTECH GROUP, Inc. is seeking a Financial System Analyst to perform Air Force Operations accounting functions and processes involving invoicing, accounts receivable/payable, travel, and procurement. Duties will include preparing monthly contract task status reports, spreadsheets and government invoices to ensure accurate timely payments. A Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and five (5) years experience in the financial management field associated with federal government is required.

Senior Administrative Support Specialist PVN -2561 Location: Dayton, OH
THE CENTECH GROUP, Inc. is seeking a Senior Administrative Support Specialist to provide generation and implementation of procedures for typing, filing, copying, paper shredding, destruction of sensitive data, and control of documentation, correspondence and action items to support the 647th Aeronautical Systems Squadron on Wright-Patterson Air Force Base. You will be tasked to review completed work for accuracy of data, procedure compliance, and develop spreadsheets to store program data in databases. Twelve (12) years experience as an Administrative Support Specialist with four (4) years in workload management or an oversight capacity is required. A Secret clearance and a working knowledge of the Defense Travel and Defense Civilian Pay Systems are desired.

Junior Analyst-PVN-2543 Location: Falls Church, VA

The person in this position will be responsible for preparing training materials, screenshots and mockups to the support CENTECH’s SecurityManager application. The qualified individual will assist in preparing technical and functional documentation for the development team, as well as troubleshoot, resolve and document issues relating to the SecurityManager application. This person will provide project and administrative support to the project management and development team. The candidates must feel comfortable working in a small workgroup environment where contributions to the team are critical to the success of the company. Candidates must have U.S. citizenship and a bachelor’s degree and/or one plus years of system analysis experience or past experience working in a software development environment. The candidates must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills. Candidates also need to have experience writing technical documentation as well as the ability to analyze and decipher business rules of medium complexity.

Senior Training Specialist-PVN 2510 Location: Washington, D C
THE CENTECH GROUP, Inc. is seeking a Senior Training Specialist experienced in providing electronic documentation and multimedia that is compliant with Section 508. The aspirant will represent the training team in integrated project team meetings. They will consult with software development staff to assess and track implementation of online help in applications where deemed necessary. Candidates must have demonstrated expertise using technical writing development tools, such as RoboHelp and FrameMaker.
Requirements also include 5-10 years of experience in directing, developing, maintaining, and managing the creation and updating of online help for client–server and Web-based applications. This person will act as the liaison between the passenger development staff and the trainers. He/she should have software development knowledge that will facilitate online help development and implementation of online help guidelines and specifications set in partnership with passenger training, configuration management, and software implementation.

THE CENTECH GROUP, Inc. is seeking a Proposal Manager to manage medium to large sized proposals (federal or public sector customers). This includes managing the proposal team, leading kickoff and status meetings, creation of the proposal schedule, proposal outlines, compliance matrixes, and assignments/responsibility matrixes, compliance matrixes development and review; and configuration management. Minimum qualifications required are an expertise in the use of Microsoft Word, including use of styles, formatting, and professional presentation of written material. You must also have knowledge and experience with Microsoft Project in generating Gantt charts and schedules for technical sections of proposals.

Specific aerospace industry functional information technology (IT) and engineering experience in: telecommunications, applications & Web, audiovisual, IT planning, IT security, computer systems and engineering and logistics support. Experience managing large and small business subcontractor teams required. Knowledge of small business and small disadvantaged business environment desired.
