Technical Support PVN-2464 Location: Edwards Air Force Base, CA
THE CENTECH GROUP, Inc. is seeking a Technical Support person to support and install Air Force software and support software upgrade transitions and set up new PCs with Air Force required software. You will be tasked to create accounts, access rights, and provide password control plus use the Helpdesk and Knowledge Manager for LiveLink to create access rights to project areas and folders. You will be the first line helpdesk for access and login issues and general problems. Must have expert proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Office Suite/Outlook usage, be a self starter, a team player, with experience in loading and testing software and giving presentations. Must be able to obtain a security clearance, be a self starter and team player.

Customs and Border Patrol Digital Asset Archivist PVN- 2433 Location: Washington DC
THE CENTECH GROUP, Inc. is seeking a Digital Asset Archivist. The Digital Asset Archivist duties will include the ability to design and implement a media asset management system during the first year. The aspirant will be skilled enough to work with staff on cataloging video clips, photos, MSWord documents, Adobe PDF.Files, MS Powerpoint files, potentially using metadata, templates, and file management cataloging software. Additional tasks will include the ability to design and implement a video file management structure which can identify, retrieve and assemble specific video footage with a granularity of one second within a 60-minute file. He/She must possess the ability to design and implement a print material management structure for archiving and retrieving instructor-led training materials. Requirements include: A minimum of 2 years using non-linear video editing systems (such as Final Cut Pro) and/or experience in video/digital asset archiving and retrieval.

Deskside Hardware Technician PVN - 2505 Location: Rosslyn, VA
THE CENTECH GROUP, Inc is seeking a Network Technician II that will function as a Deskside Hardware Technician supporting in-house technology equipment and IT assets projects. This includes installing, configuring, diagnosing, repairing, and upgrading all hardware and equipment while ensuring its optimal performance. The Deskside Hardware Technician will also troubleshoot PC components and support replacement of hard drives, CD-ROMS, NICS problem areas in a timely and accurate fashion, and provide end user training and assistance where required. Active TOP SECRET clearance is desired.

Remedy Administrator-PVN-2498 Location: Oklahoma City, OK
THE CENTECH GROUP, Inc. is seeking a Remedy Administrator for a newly installed BMC ITSM Suite 7.1 system. The administrator will maintain the Remedy environments and provide support for the ITSM Suite including, CMDB, Business Analytics, and Service Request Management. The administrator will also acts as subject matter expert for Remedy functionality and data integration activities; identify and resolve Remedy technical issues; and support integration efforts with third party vendors integrating with Remedy. Responsibilities also include recommending and establishing changes to policies and procedures. The candidate must be able to work effectively and independently. Requirements include: eight (8) or more years Remedy experience, ITIL certification and a Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts degree in Computer Science or related field.

Dept. of Transportation /Center Of Excellence Deputy Operations Manager-PVN 2459 Location Washington, DC
THE CENTECH GROUP, Inc. is seeking Deputy Operations Manager to provide expertise in the definition, adoption and adherence to enterprise architecture strategies. The deputy will develop processes and standards relating to the end-to-end network environment. Responsibilities will also include providing expertise and guidance in the design, development, and implementation of all network related technologies. The deputy operations manager will provide technology assistance related to network architecture and direction to other teams, ensuring that all technology domains work effectively together. This person will design, implement, and manage the network architecture for DOT client. Requirements include: Experience in an enterprise architecture role for a minimum of ten (10) years, experience in managing projects and large teams and Enterprise Architect Certification.

Report Developer – PVN 2497 Location: Oklahoma City, OK
THE CENTECH GROUP, Inc. is seeking a Report Developer who is familiar with standard business processes and reporting, in addition to BMC Remedy and Analytics. Must be able to demonstrate the ability to extract data from legacy system and migrate into Remedy and refine data needs from existing reports and convert into new Analytics/Business Objects or Remedy reports. Candidates need to have at least two (2) years of experience as a report developer utilizing Business Objects/Analytics, Remedy reports and Flashboards. They should have eight (8) years of total information technology-related experience and a bachelor's degree in Computer Science from an accredited college or university; or equivalent education/experience in the information technology field.

Technical Writer - PVN 2467 Location: Falls Church, VA
THE CENTECH GROUP, Inc. is seeking a Technical Writer with a minimum of seven (7) years writing for winning proposals. Qualified candidate must obtain a thorough understanding of the client requirements for each opportunity assigned; build an initial compliance matrix for draft RFPs; maintain an up-to-date understanding of industry trends in a variety of technologies and platforms (client/server and mainframe), network services (LAN & WAN), and the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) so as to effectively benchmark CENTECH capabilities against our competitors’ and create winning storyboards. Responsibilities include providing technical solutions and management approach write-ups that sell the discriminators, reflect the intent of the solution architect, and address all appropriate RFP items. Candidates need to have the ability to verify that the technology solution write-up and ensure the current pricing remains in sync throughout the life cycle of the RFP response process. This person will complete peer review forms on all peer reviews and must be able to meet stringent deadlines and quality standards while following appropriate business process descriptions in the performance of all duties is required. This person will provide additional writing and editing support as requested.

Senior Training Specialist-PVN 2484 Washington, DC
THE CENTECH GROUP, Inc. is seeking a Senior Training Specialist to conduct needs assessments and a variety of front-end analyses, such as training needs, task and audience analyses in pursuit of instructional design methodology. This person will consult with customers, to include educating and advising them in training design methodology, training project life cycles, delivery options, and the mechanics of designing and developing learning interventions. They will also develop instructional materials including training guides, lesson plans, and storyboards. This person will be responsible for delivery of training courses for mainframe and Web-based systems based on strong presentation skills and perform other related tasks as assigned. Qualified candidates will develop and update training materials in both paper and Web, consult customers on training capabilities and deliver stand up instruction at Customs and Border Protection (CBP) programs at various user sites in the U.S. Candidate will work closely with client personnel and other contractors to develop, deliver and maintain training for rapidly changing systems. Knowledge of ISD skills and ability to work with teams required. Requirements include a comprehensive background investigation. Travel is approximately 30 to 40 percent.

The ideal candidate will have scenario-based development experience and demonstrated experience in conducting field exercises. The candidate must be able to respond to training needs using expert organizational and communication skills while innovating training methodology to meet the demanding needs of a constantly changing organization. This position requires strong stand up classroom instruction to end users at Customs and Border Protection locations. This position requires the individual selected to work independently but also as part of a team. Candidate must have the skills to provide quality assurance for all documents.
