This team supports a user base of approximately 3800 users and provides technical support via telephone and direct on site support at the user’s workstation. Senior VOIP Network Engineer – PVN – 2756 Location: Washington, DC

The person in this position will conduct Tier 1 problem determination and resolution. VOIP level 1 and 2 responsibilities include diagnosis, problem resolution, escalation, and follow up with customers on their specific requests. Provide switch administrative functions for 3COM NBX/VCX Switches. Three to five (3-5) years of 3COM VOIP installation, maintenance, and/or administration experience is preferred. Senior LAN/WAN Network Engineer – PVN – 2761 Location: Washington, DC
THE CENTECH GROUP, Inc. is seeking a Senior LAN/WAN Network Engineer. The person in this position will be responsible for installation, configuration, maintenance and operations of the client’s wide area and local area network’s backbone infrastructure. Technical support for the person in this position includes monitoring the network’s performance, resolving anomalies, developing and maintaining routing tables and IP addresses, adding, deleting, and updating Cisco’s port assignments and user’s access to the networks. This person also maintain network communications with remote sites.
