The Management Team

CENTECH’s program and project managers have significantly contributed to the high performance evaluations and recognition that we have earned throughout our history, with the support of CENTECH’s corporate management team.

The CENTECH program/project management teams and our corporate management team collaborate in the most effective manner to successfully and consistently implement business practices. Our program and project managers are required to be certified Project Management Professionals. In addition, we use the Project Management Institute’s (PMI’s) Portfolio Management discipline to ensure our complete alignment with the strategic objectives of our clients. Then we use PMI’s Project Management discipline to ensure timely, cost efficient, low risk execution. This alignment is evidenced through our Continuous Performance Improvement Partnership™, and Productivity and Quality Assurance Team Member (Employee) Motivation Program™.
